Booking Policy:
- All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment.
- A valid government-issued ID must be presented by each guest at check-in.
- The individual making the booking must be at least 18 years old.
Check-in & Check-out:
- Check-in time is from 12:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in will incur a charge of 30% of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before check-in will incur a charge of 50%.
- Cancellations made 7 to 15 days before check-in will incur a charge of 75%.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will incur a 100% charge.
- A standard cancellation processing fee of INR 1,500 applies to all cancellations.
- No refund will be issued for no-shows or early check-outs.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only to cancellations that meet the conditions outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Please review the following details regarding refunds:
Eligibility for Refunds
- If your cancellation falls within the eligible window (i.e., more than 7 days before check-in), you may receive a partial refund based on the following deductions:
- 30+ days before check-in: 70% refund of the booking amount.
- 15 to 30 days before check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount.
- 7 to 15 days before check-in: 25% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, no-shows, or early check-outs are not eligible for any refund.
Processing Fee
A standard cancellation processing fee of INR 1,500 will be deducted from all refundable amounts.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Non-Refundable Charges
Please note that the processing fee and any non-refundable taxes or service fees (if applicable) are not included in the refunded amount.
Modification Policy:
- Booking dates can be modified up to 7 days before check-in, subject to availability.
- A rescheduling fee of INR 1,500 may apply.
- Once modified, the booking becomes non-refundable.
Guest Conduct:
- Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward others and the property.
- Loud music, parties, or any disruptive behavior is not allowed.
- Himtrek Stays reserves the right to evict guests without a refund for any misconduct.
No Smoking & Alcohol Policy:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the property.
- Alcohol consumption is not allowed in shared or public spaces.
- Violations of this policy may result in fines or termination of the stay without a refund.
Damage & Liability:
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay.
- Costs for repair or replacement will be charged directly to the responsible guest(s).
- Unreported damages discovered after check-out will also be billed.
Force Majeure:
- Himtrek Stays will not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or extreme weather.
Pet Policy:
- Pets are not allowed unless prior written approval has been granted.
- Additional cleaning charges may apply for approved pets.
Complaints & Support:
- Any issues or complaints should be reported immediately to the front desk or hotel management during the stay.
- We will make every effort to resolve issues on-site.
- Complaints raised after check-out may not be entertained.
Acceptance of Terms:
- By booking a stay at Himtrek Stays, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
